Elena brings with her an extensive background in child education, family life education, teacher and parent effectiveness training, and an empathic approach to all learning.
She has spent 4 decades working in educational settings, presenting at conferences, providing multi-disciplinary workshops to families and organizations, as well as private coaching.
She is a mother and grandmother living in the Montreal area.

The end goal for you as a parent and leader is to become more assertive without being aggressive, and more compassionate without being permissive.
